Discovery Place, Inc. is a private 501c3 not-for-profit education organization dedicated to inspiring exploration of the natural and social world through extraordinary exhibits and educational programs that inform, challenge, and engage audiences of all ages.

Fun for the whole family, the Discovery Place Charlotte has science bursting from the seams!  From exhibitions to IMAX, you have the opportunity to experience it all!  Create fun shapes in air tubes with "Think it Up", get a close look at what's going on inside the human body with "THEM" or sit back and relax while enjoying the history of Arabia - at the Discovery Place, you get great education while having a blast - no pun intended!  Just a few minutes down the block, The Hilton Garden Inn is a prime location if you want to experience all that the Discovery Place has to offer!
